FLASH TATTOO INQUIRY

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST FORM.

  • Masks are optional for my clients, but I will be wearing one.

  • I am not allowing additional guests.

For this booking round, I am only offering flash tattoos (designs I have already created that will be tattooed as-is).

I am offering two appointment types this round: single and multiple flash tattoo sessions which are explained below. Please make sure to fill out the correct form.

I do not book on a first come first serve basis and instead will be choosing from submitted requests based on which projects I am most excited for.

Make sure to note the sizing information listed on my flash page.

Factors which will determine my choosing are size, placement, and tattooing method.

Color designs may be requested in black, but will more likely be selected if requested in color!

This round of booking is only for appointments on Wednesdays-Friday during February - March 2025.

Please note that a design is not “claimed” until an appointment is fully booked and a non-refundable deposit is placed.

(The deposit will go towards the final cost of your tattoo).

If you are interested in getting one tattoo (even if you have a few desired designs), this is the form for you. Please fill out separate forms for each design!

— Multiple Flash Tattoo Session—

If you are interested in getting more than one flash tattoo during one session, this is the form for you!
